The project limits are from Klarides Village on Route 67, east to the intersection of Franklin Street and State Route 313 in downtown Seymour, Connecticut. The majority of the spot improvements were originally identified in the final report issued in July of 1991 conducted by VHB titled, "Route 67 Traffic Operations; Southbury/Oxford/Seymour, Connecticut."

At minimum, the scope will include:
• Collect traffic counts within the project area
(incorporating existing counts from other recent studies where available)
• Collect Accident data within the project area
• Preliminary Engineering (at minimum to include)
- Examination of existing conditions
- Roadway alignment drawings
